By entering the NBC Championship Sunday Arsenal Jersey Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to abide by all terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes will begin on May 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET and end on May 24, 2026 at 10:00 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times refer to Eastern Time ("ET"). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities, members of these persons' immediate families, and/or persons living in the same households are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes Entities include Championship Sunday Arsenal Jersey Giveaway, NBC Sports Group, 1 Blachley Road, Stamford, CT 06902, and NBCUniversal Media, LLC, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112 (collectively, "Sponsors").

TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, use your personal Instagram account to visit Terry Crews' Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/terrycrews. Click on the Sweepstakes post, which will be posted on May 24, 2026 at or about 9:00 AM ET, and comment what club you will be watching on Championship Sunday. If your Instagram account is set to "Posts are Private," your entry may be disqualified. You may enter once during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries beyond this limit will void all such additional entries.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about May 26, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify the potential winner via Instagram DM. Potential winner may be required to return an affidavit of eligibility and release within three (3) days of notification. Limit one (1) prize per family or household.

PRIZE: One (1) team-signed Arsenal kit. Estimated Retail Value: $900. All taxes and expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, Instagram, Facebook, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsors, which are binding and final.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice for any reason. Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind.

DISPUTES: Governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in New York. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES. NO PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR ATTORNEY'S FEES SHALL BE AWARDED.
